Does anyone have experience of this process with Hunt ADR?
I complained to On the Beach that the hotel we were sold was advertised incorrectly as a brand it no longer was and they are just not budging.

If you're sure of your facts why not go to small claims court?

Panic71 · 13/02/2024 06:51

Honestly? Because I haven’t got a clue how to go about it

Are you sure the brand changed before you booked? And why is the change of brand important? Did you lose out in some way due to the change of brand?

It was sold as a SENTIDO brand which gave additional services. This was stated on our booking form. However on arrival we were told that this had been removed in 2019! It didn’t make a huge difference but look away that extra layer or luxury. I’m more annoyed at the comments from On the Beach who just insist that they didn’t sell it as that when it is even printed in capital letters on the booking form.
