Has anyone applied for full custody without using a lawyer? I can't afford one, my ex has several charges against him for supplying drugs to my children. I need to try and put something between him and them but can't sink thousands into paying a solicitor to do it so I need to do it myself. Any tips? I'm in Scotland. I've found all the forms just need to press on and do it.
