Should I tell the judge ?

I had a court hearing last year which I took against my ex partner as he wouldn't allow me to see our high school age children anywhere since me and my family expressed our anger against him. This was because he told them all white girls are slags', wouldn't allow them to spend any days out and wouldn't let them go out and see their friends either.
There's more but I won't go on. The judge allowed me to see them in the community until the next hearing and he wanted me to send him a report of something I'd rather not say to him when I have it.

Two months after the court their father has suddenly allowed them to spend time with us at the families home. He has also started to allow them to see friends and stay out again.

Ive got the report ready to send to the judge. Should I also include that he's allowing me and family to see them again where I want? And that I don't feel there is any need for a second hearing now?

No I would send the report and continue to obtain the final order you are seeking.

It could very easily be a tactic, agree the contact, you stop proceedings, he stops it again.

If you both attend and everything is agreed, super, final order made. Judge can file report on record.

Clearly it's something he has asked for and I would follow that request

So yes include a full summary of what has happened, do not withhold the report and proceed with the second hearing and ask for a final order in the terms you are seeking

That's a good point. I will send report as requested and that's it
