I need some help with a contact order for my 12 DS who doesn't want to see his dad.
It's all been fine until a few months ago / then DS said he didn't want to see his dad and got really upset. Said his dad had "done things" which he wouldn't say what.
Then DS tried to hurt himself and wrote a suicide note. In CAMHS and they say trauma but DS still not speaking on whatever it is.
I'm not letting any contact happen and ex is staying away (don't know why as usually he bugs me all the time). But scared that he will start on us. He was violent to me when DS was a baby. Court didn't agree and gave contact.
I'm in bits as Social say things like "prepare yourself" and then leave me to it.
I feel crazy. I'm scared the court don't believe DS because he's basically silent and I'm going to be the bitter ex again. I just want to know ex can't get to us.
