Any templates etc?

Does anyone know of any company or templates to use here? I was thinking of Resolver?
So- company charges fairly large upfront fee which I paid as they had not been transparent about a huge waiting list to start the service I had paid for.
Failed attempts to contact people from the company - ie I have evidence of email and text sent which were ignored and then a call.
Had then decided to go with a similar company and the initial company is now being difficult about returning my money even with the ignored communication and not being upfront about the waiting list (It’s nothing health related btw)
Is there any template I can use to help get my upfront fee back?
Ill maybe try Resolver?
Any other template or company or anything that may help?
Would never have gone with them if I had known this was how they were going to act! Thanks

Do any of these help:

Thank you! I’m wondering after having a quick glance if I can quote the consumer rights act 2015 at them. I guess theyll have a good legal team and will try and get round anything I say.
I did think of going to media for help. Can’t think of any specific media sources that would help with this though?
