Long story short. Owed some money during covid lockdown. Offered a payment plan to the company who accepted but had already pursued a ccj which went through by “acceptance”. There is a note on the ccj which says I had already entered. Payment plan and that it has been fully paid now. However it is stopping me being able to rent. My only choice is to argue this by filling in a n244.
I also have a disability and was shielding at the time which complicated everything
please can u have any tips or advice for filling this in? It’s almost £300 to apply so I don’t want to waste this money.
