Understanding a commerical lease clause

Hi
I wondered if anyone can help regarding the wording on a commercial lease. I am trying to work out if the lease is renewable at the term end. I dont think it is due to this wording;
Tenants contractual rights to renew this lease, to acquire the reversion or another lease of the Property, or to acquire an interest in other land
NONE

But then obviously there are pages of legalese which suggest otherwise. However that looks pretty clear to me that at the end of the lease we have no rights to insist on a lease renewal. So if we were to sell, it would literally be with the remaining years on the lease.

I am loathe to go to the landlord or agency who manage them directly as I dont want them to know we are thinking of selling up.

Any legal experts around who could confirm this or otherwise please?
