Quick query on Property inheritance-tenants in common

Both my parents have died in last 2 years & I've completed probate & have the certificate

Myself & siblings were already tenants in common on the property. Do we need to change anything with land registry or anyone now in order to sell the property?

Many thanks

I suspect not as if you were all registered proprietors then providing two of you are still alive then a buyer can deal with you. You usually just have to provide certified copies of probate/death certificate to prove the deaths of the other registered owners.

Thanks so much! Land registry were very vague. We need to redraw boundaries to separate a piece of the land from the house so may end up changing it anyway
