Just want to check I'm reading the Sale of Goods Act correctly please.
Company is called Boody. Not used them before but liked the look of their leggings. Supposed to be an ethical company.
Return policy states:Please note, we do not accept returns on any intimate underwear, bodysuits or final sale items. Do I not have 14 days to return items even if they are in a sale? It's a hoodie that I want to return.
Really cross as some of the items are lovely but the hoodie does not fit me at all.
