court granted my ex supervised contact with a minimum of two hours .Am supposed to increase the time as time goes on till the next hearing . Am really anxious about how this will go , as my safeguarding concerns have not been addressed .
Has anyone been through this before ?can I get some advice please .

Basically as long as you do stick to the minimum as stated in the court order you are fine, you don't have to increase the hours, if you are not comfortable with longer then I would stick to the two and see how things go, then you can feedback to the family court on the next hearing.
I have been through this with my a family member, and his mum basically had much more relaxed arrangements at first but she blew it, now she's been seeing him at contact centre for over a year, every fortnight for 2 hours, personally I think it's a bit long and would have hoped the situation had moved on but she's shown no signs of being stable, so for now it's a safe place and if any changes are to happen once the court decide there are no more hearings needed then you must get any other agreements In writing and signed by you and your ex.
For now stay with the court order minimum.

Hope that helps.
