keeps throwing fag ends into my garden her husband smokes and she throws them in my garden im sick of it ive told the police and our housing officer how do i stop her from throwing them in my garden

Have you asked them to stop?

Bag them up then throw them back, or shove them through the letterbox? Depends on if you are happy to start ww3 I suppose, they don’t sound entirely reasonable.

Did you honestly contacted the police?

Just keep chucking them back.

Keep talking to your council and provide them with as much evidence as possible. They may be able to take action for anti-social behaviour.

What does your housing officer suggest?

The police won’t care I suspect.

Your neighbour doesn’t sound very reasonable to be honest.

You could ask your HO to have a word, or ask to move… I don’t think there’s a lot you can do without making things worse.
