Short arranged marriage- divorce help

Hi all,
Really need advice here.
I was emotionally pressured into an arranged marriage with a man from a foreign country early 2023.
I had to sponsor him and he has been living with me, in my dad's home since summer 2023 (this is when he got his visa to come to the UK).
However the marriage has gone bad to worse. I have no feelings for him, never consummated the marriage and no desire to live with him as his wife.
I am planning to annul the marriage but I do have some cash savings- does he have any rights to my money (I saved this prior to my marriage).
He lives in my family home rent free, bill free as me and my family are paying for his expenses.

You will need to get a financial settlement. For a marriage this short, it is likely that you will each leave with the assets you brought into the marriage, with any joint assets split equally. However, that isn't a guarantee. Depending on the situation, he may have a claim on your savings. You need to consult a solicitor.

I think you might be able to protect your savings if you declare it was a forced marriage. You need to talk to the solicitor

I’m sorry you are going through this. Will your family be supportive?

Thankyou for your replies 💜
My family are finally supportive after I told them that I would rather end my life than continue to stay in this unhappy marriage. Its ruined my life and my mental health.
I will be seeing a solicitor but I just wanted an idea of if he was able have access my savings- it's not fair as I was forced to marry him, pay all the solicitor fees to sponsor him, pay for his flight ticket here and he lives here rent free, bill free whilst I cough up his expenses as well.
We both work full time.
