Hi all. I'm new here. I'm seeking for advice/help/experience of your final hearing.
I have an up hill struggle against dad and biased cafcass officer. One child involved age 5. Child has disclosed being hurt by her grandparents and dad, to myself and to my parents. Child has said a few times in front of their therapist of being hurt by them and said been punched.
All I have done is listen to Child and support them as much as possible. I've asked for help a few times through health visitor and social services, early help but they have said because of her age and she doesn't just come out with all the things they have said to me or my parents, and what they are scared off, it goes no where. I am currently paying for private therapy and the school are sending off forms for assessment, suspect autism and adhd.
Has anyone else been in a situation like this and what was the outcome?
I've been promoting contact, arranging, providing and paying. Child has taken a while to get to this stage, happy seeing daddy with my parents but refusing to see him by themselves, saying they are scared and doesn't want to get hurt.
Final this month.
