Just out of interest does anyone know where I stand with this…

I purchased a faulty item in clothing store (worldwide brand/stores) - I’ve contacted them about the fault and they’ve asked me to return the item to any store… however the nearest one is a 3 hour round trip away from me (I was on a shopping trip at the time). I’m not going to be making that trip for a £25 jumper as it would cost me further time and expense however it doesn’t seem fair I have to pay for this faulty jumper!

As you purchased it in store, you are responsible for the costs of returning it to the store I'm afraid.
