Hi,

I paid via paypal, nothing has arrived. No way of contacting the company other than social media. So annoyed.

When should it have arrived and have you tried contacting them?

Pinko1 · 08/12/2023 16:22

@WhereIsBebèsChambre yes, was meant to be a few days ago and i waited hours. They then said they had made an error and will be due today and gave a slot. Nothing and the tracking now says cant deliver.

There is no way to contact other than social media and email. No reply on email. I think their delivery company must be dodgy but still. Im so angry as this was the last day we had as a family for a bit to decorate so id arranged it early so we had time

Did you pay on PayPal using the goods & services option? If so then open a dispute.

NigelHarmansNewWife · 08/12/2023 16:24

Unless it's a personalised item, you can cancel under the distance selling regs, (can't remember the proper name) and get a full refund. Go elsewhere.

Frazzledandfried · 08/12/2023 16:24

Agree, cut your losses, open a dispute through PayPal and go and buy one somewhere else!

Pinko1 · 08/12/2023 16:27

Hi yes, i used paypal so am googling it now. Im just furious that this company is getting away with this

Sounds like a scam if there's no telephone number or address for the company. Paypal are very good however at refunding money if you submit a claim - I had issues with Geox shoes that UPS lost.

Pinko1 · 08/12/2023 17:11

Can anyone recommend a christmas tree company? This one was trees2me and seems a scam

You must have places selling Christmas trees locally. most of ours will deliver for free too.

ChristmasPuddy · 08/12/2023 17:17

Sorry OP! I’ve just googled them and the reviews are not good 🙁

Bobtheamazinggingerdog · 08/12/2023 17:22

Can you drive? If so any hardware chain store will sell you a tree. Or your local corner shop, probably.

StillWantingADog · 08/12/2023 17:24

I wouldn’t order a Christmas tree on the internet unless I had very high end and Specific needs

various farms do they here though if you’re in an urban area you could get one at a supermarket or garden centre or B&Q

EasterIssland · 08/12/2023 17:28

As others said open a dispute via PayPal. They tend to be really good and will deal with the seller. If the seller doesn’t reply then you’ll get your money refund. I once got £500 refunded as British airways wasn’t refunding it to me despite they cancelled my flight. PayPal sorted it for me

MissBuffyAnneSummers · 08/12/2023 17:52

You must have garden centres where you live. Many have a delivery service

Pinko1 · 08/12/2023 18:08

Hi, ive raised a dispute. No car so has to be delivered somehow. I have gone with pinesandneedles...fingers crossed!

Pinko1 · 08/12/2023 18:14

That was fast - paypal gave me a refund within 30min!

im always going to use them!

Dustnbones · 08/12/2023 18:21

You might want to take a look at the Pines and Needles reviews on Trust Pilot if you haven’t already ordered

Pinko1 · 08/12/2023 20:08

@Dustnbones argh, I ordered it but then read the bad reviews. Hopefully not another PayPal refund situation
