Can contact arrangements be changed at a DRA hearing prior to final hearing if contact is supervised and there are significant domestic abuse issues?

Just that really.
Have had a Fact finding hearing, findings made against both parents with the fathers being significantly awful as they were against child who is party to proceedings.
Pending a psychological assessment currently which we will receive shortly before the next DRA hearing.
Father is currently only having supervised in a contact centre.
Is it possible that any arrangements to contact can be changed at the DRA??

In short, yes if there are sufficient grounds but it’s going to have to be done on submissions.

When you say by submission, what do you mean exactly?

It will likely only be listed for an hour sand the court won't be expecting to hear evidence from witnesses (incluf=ding the parties), so you set out your position and the other party sets out theirs. That's submissions (argument) rather than evidence.
