Is Clare's Law the only law of that kind? As in, where previous violence can be disclosed to someone asking? Is it purely related to intimate partner violence? Are there other scenarios where someone might be able to ask the police about another person's history of violence?

It's meaningless. Offenders change their names by deed poll and then get a new identity

You can request information on child sexual abuse too via Sara's law, but not general violence.
