So DParent died last year (Scotland) with house rented to pay care.
Confirmation still at draft but almost done. Do we have to wait until Confirmation has been completed before we give tenant notice that we want to sell home? Or can we do that now? Tenant has been there about 3 years. Has anyone else been in this position.
