Hi all,

If a name of a beneficiary on a will is misspelled (a letter is missing from first name) will that cause any problems? The address is correct but Will does not specify relationship to deceased.

thanks.

As long as it is clear who the will refers to it won't cause any problems.

So correct address and correctly spelt middle and last name would be enough to ignore the fact a letter was missed out of the first name?
