My due date is 10/11/23.
On 19/09/23 the company I worked for was bought by a new company, with this looming I had previously emailed the new company asking questions regarding my maternity pay. I asked them would my enhanced maternity pay of 13 weeks full pay and then statutory still stand? Also that my holiday that I had saved be paid at full. So holiday 19th October-5th November and mat leave starting 6th November. They responded saying yes to both questions and to please forward mat b1 form etc.
since then I have emailed at minimum twice weekly, to ask if this has been processed and added to the system, I have had no response. I have emailed asking who would be completing my pregnancy risk assessment, no response.
I have received one pay from them, which has been wrong, they responded to this email and said it would be rectified.
I have emailed HR, operations and the owner. I have said if I get no response soon, I will have no choice but to speak to ACAS. No response, what shall I do?
