Looking for some advice please? Our financial settlement has been approved by the court which states that I will pay an amount to ex calculated using our property value (with no mortgage), pensions and savings and the property will be transferred into my sole name. We plan on completing and submitting the forms ourselves which I understand are forms TR1, AP1 and ID3.
For form TR1 Section 8 Consideration do I tick the first box and insert the value of our total financial settlement in words and figures or should I tick the third box and make reference to our financial order, court, date, ref no and attach a copy?
And is the associated fee Scale 2 for the appropriate value?
