Does anyone have the situation where the children’s father has taken you to court for 50/50 shared care and has resulted in a section 7 report? Can anyone let me know the outcome of that please?

Hello.
Most cases do have a Section 7 written by cafcass or local authority if they are involved.
When you say "due tomorrow" do you mean you're due to receive it tomorrow or due to be called by the cafcass officer tomorrow?
Has there been domestic abuse?
Has the father already had the significant contact with the child?
How old is the child?
The Section 7 can go either way really, really depends on a lot of factors.
