Hello, hello
I bought a coffee pod machine from Aldi earlier this week, my husband tore the cardboard box for recycling (for some reason he has to 'pack down' recycling but that's a different matter). However, we discovered last night after using the machine for the first time that it leaks, ALOT.
I've still got the receipt and can take the torn box from the recycle bin but do you think that they'd exchange the machine?

Yes, if faulty, they don't need a box as they're not going to resell it. You just need the receipt.

I thought as much but I am feeling anxious about taking it back without the box so just wanted someone else to confirm to give me the courage to do it.
