I want to buy something from an online retailer, checked their returns policy just in case and found this. I thought as a consumer I have 14 days to send it back if I change my mind, is that not right?

thank you!

That website looks beyond dodgy. It's a scam site by the looks of it.

Are they UK based?
No its not the UK rules for distance selling where you have 14 days to say you're sending back and then another 14 days to return the items

If they are a UK retailer then those statements are not legal, and I'd avoid them like the plague.

Not a UK address so I'd avoid

I can see a number of US sites with this policy and two UK sites that seem to have copied their policy from the US sites (one of the UK sites displays prices in dollars, suggesting that the UK address is just a cover). It is not legal. Indeed, they are committing an offence by stating that they do not offer refunds.

Just move on. They will scam you. They are practically telling you upfront

Thanks all, I should have checked the address. Off to find a new mirror!
