Wiggle returns policy?

I bought a sports bra from Wiggle early august. It’s a brand of bra I’ve used for years and never yet had an issue with one.

The one I’ve just bought from Wiggle has an issue as the shoulder strap keeps coming undone when I’m out running.
Ive contacted Wiggle to ask them for a refund when I return it and they are placing ridiculous barriers to me being able to do so.
They’re asking me for photos of the fault, measures I’ve taken to mitigate (bought a new bloody bra so I could continue to go running!), print and complete a long winded form detailing exactly what the problem is yada yada.
Am I correct in my googling that as I’ve bought something which is clearly faulty I can return it for a full refund as I’m well within the 30 day period specified under the Consumer Rights Act 2015?
They’re making things incredibly difficult for a £40 bra!

Thank you

You are correct. They can argue that the problem is due to misuse rather than the bra being faulty, but it would be up to them to prove that.
