Power of Attorney

We’ve completed the power of attorney with my mother online printed out the PDF to sign them all but we’ve noticed we didn’t put anyone’s middle names.

Would anyone know of this matters or is it possible to add the middle names on the pre prepared/ printed pages?

we really want to avoid paying the fees again.

I don't know but I'd phone the Office for the Public Guardian and ask if it matters if middle names are included or how you can add them

Do you mean you didnt type the middle names on the application, or you didnt sign / write the middle names on the printed copy?
To be honest, I cant remember if we added middle names on my MILs application!

I've just looked at the POA I have for my mum. My middle name is included on the official registered POA. I suspect that the names you put on the form have to match your ID documents. If they don't match, it probably will get queried.

Thank you very much for checking, I might give them a ring on Monday and ask if I can just write them on the form

When you use it, you might have to cross reference it to your passport. It needs to match.
