Bought a car with constant issues since, where do I stand?

Recently bought a used car on HP about 3 weeks ago. Since then I've had nothing but issues, it's under warranty and has already been back to the dealership twice. I'm just really not happy with the car whatsoever.

Where do I stand with this? Is it a case of tough and I just have to put up with it? Sad

The car must be of satisfactory quality given its age, price and mileage. It sounds like it is not, so you are entitled to reject it. However, as you bought it on HP, your rights are against the finance company rather than the dealer. Contact them and tell them you are rejecting the car and ask them to arrange for it to be replaced.

The rights are against the dealer and the finance company.
