please advise.. So to go to court for a child arrangement order, you need a miam certificate. Mediation was completed and have asked for this signature that court are saying the need and the mediator has asked for more money to give this. Is that right? Thanks

Yeah that's right you pay then they send you the certificate to say you've tried and you can then use that for your court application.

I didn't need to pay extra for a signature? I emailed to confirm that mediation wasn't working after our last session and for them to sign and forward page 9 of the c100z
