I'm moving house, or trying to anyway, and Land Registry are waiting on answers to questions before they can issue a title deed for my new build property. Until I have the title deed number nothing can happen with my sale.
The outstanding issue is the developer didn't get one of the plans for the lease signed at the time of the build, so now I'm waiting on the developer getting that done and sent back to my solicitor via their solicitor.
The problem I have is getting the developer to prioritise sorting this out, if they don't I could be in danger of losing the sale of my house and the house I'm intending on purchasing.
Does anyone have any advice on how I can strongarm the developer?
