how to get a county court judgement?

I am owed money after being to court and the judgement was the money should be paid to me as it was unlawfully deducted at an employment tribunal. I have not received the money from the private limited company after asking in person and by email twice.

How do I get a county court judgement? I have searched online but mostly it returns information on getting a ccs

If the employment tribunal has ordered the company to pay you, you don't need a CCJ. You already have a court order. You need to get that order enforced. See Make a claim to an employment tribunal: If you win your case - GOV.UK (www.gov.uk) for details of how to go about enforcing it.

Can I ask where is the name and shame list for employers? I can find the list for NMW not being paid

Nothing has been published yet. The government says there has not yet been sufficient validation of the data for them to release it yet.

I ll put in for that first and wait the 28 days and see if it gets paid, doubtful and then do the fast track. Ive come this far its worth the £71 to pay to see if I can get the money owed
