Famil court final hearing - can anyone help

A friend has had the final court family hearing and been sent a draft through her solicitors by the court clerk I presume.
When speaking to the respondent they have said they haven't received it yet to be signed off by their solicitors.

Do solicitors need to sign off family court orders? Surely it's just confirming what was agreed?

The draft will have been prepared by the applicant's solicitors, not a court clerk.

However, the solicitor should also have sent it to the respondent's solicitor to review.

Thanks @JustAnotherLawyer2 do the respondents solicitors review and then sent it to the court for approval?

Typically it is sent for amendments, then returned to the solicitor who drafted it, who then sends it to court copying all parties in.

@JustAnotherLawyer2 thank you for your advice. So the respondent offered something in court - the applicant would be the first choice of childcare when the respondent are working or unavailable but has now said that are no longer offering that and want it removing for the documents. What will happen now?
