Distribution of assets

My Mum's was Will was very straightforward.
However, her estate had to go to probate as there was a property-willed to myself-in it.
Probate went through about 3 months ago and the London Gazette announcement is now all done & dusted after 2(?) months.
Can I now distribute everything or do I have to wait until 12 months after?
Anyone any ideas?

Assuming no one will
contest her will and you are sure all creditors have been paid there is no reason you can’t distribute the estate.

I think creditors have 3 months after The Gazette notice so if in doubt wait for that then distribute.
