Non molestation orders

Does anybody know if it is possible to take out a non molestation order against your 17 year old son.

Lots of back story which is difficult to go into, but he cannot remain living at home with mum and younger siblings due to aggression, drugs and unreasonable behaviour.

Police are aware of situation but unwilling/unable to do an awful lot.

I'm sure a non-mol order can be obtained.

If he has been violent to you, the police can arrest/charge/summons him to court. That way you can have bail conditions or restraining orders imposed. You just need to provide a statement and attend court against him.
