Breached court order

Hi, hoping for some help.

I was granted a court order a few months and it has recently been breached. Is there a way that the other party has to be made to reimburse me the £215 I have to pay for the C79 form that I will have to submit to log this breach? This is the second breach and I cannot afford to continuously keep submitting C79s.

Thank you in advance!!

If they keep breaching court order, are they like to pay you these fees, even if it's court ordered again?
Is it a non-molestation order? Or is it something you can keep reporting to the police every time it's breached?
