Please don't hold it against me if this is not the correct place to ask the following:
I have 14yr old son who has been bullied on and off since 1st Yr. Now he's in tears refusing to go to school as apparently some kids gave a Instagram account and created 'funny' videos with his face and name in them. With sexual comments and calling him inappropriate names (relating to ones sexual identity). Worse is this is done at high school and there are clips /pics of the school and certain teachers in them. This was reported last week to school but I'm not happy about the lack of response. What rights does my child have as his permission was not asked (he doesn't even have Instagram account)

Please help

Report to your local police.

Another useful link. You have tried school who have not supported. So I'd report to the police. I'd inform school tomorrow if your intention to do this.
