Hi, we recently went to court and a CCJ was awarded against a company who missold us. It’s is past the deadline for payment and as It is for nearly 8k we cannot use county court bailiffs (they will only enforce up to 5k).
From previous threads on here I think the best option is a N293A high court writ. My question is can I just fill in the form and send to court and they will arrange enforcement or do I need to go through an actual enforcement company? There are many of these online so any recommendations from experience would be great.
