Has anyone used a private detective to get proof of ex deceiving cms? My ex is working for his brothers company and I’m sure he is getting more than he is declaring to the Hrmc and was wondering if anyone has been down this route or had any tips please

If the brother is doing ' cash' jobs with no invoice and pays your ex cash its pretty hard to prove it.

You can ask for a variation for lifestyle not matching declared income.

More effective to report to Inland Revenue though tbh.
