Is there any way to look up convictions or upcoming trials for someone? In crown court/jury trial and someone currently on tag.

You can't just 'look up' convictions for anyone because that is sensitive personal data held by the police. If you know their name and other details, age and where they are living/from - you could try searching on Google in the hope there was a local report of their trial/conviction but there may very well not be and is also slightly dependent on how common their name is. If it is John Smith you've probably got no chance of finding anything, if it is Bellatrix LeStrange you could be in luck.

Crown Court listings are publicly available for the day you are looking. The next day is normally uploaded at about or after 4pm but you will need to know which court the trial is going to be in and you will probably have to check all the invidual courts. If it's a case of factual interest, googling the name daily with the court may pull up local reports of the trial.
