Hi, am wondering what the best way to manage this is.
Issues with tenant in flat above (we own).
He was deliberately stomping on ceiling, smoking drugs, strangers coming all hours.
Police involved, behaviour stopped.
Owner doesn’t care about tenants’ behaviour incidentally, main criteria for tenancy seems to be pot /skunk smokers (like owner) & antisocial behaviour.
New ‘tenants’ / friends of existing tenant have moved in, deliberately stomping on ceiling, making out that they are just walking around but it is clearly done to harass & it’s working.
As we will want to sell in next year or so I am mindful of yet another police complaint, any ‘polite’ requests are met with slammed doors / obscenities. Lone parent with 2 youngish kids & behaviour is very stressful / intimidating. Any advice please?
