Car modifications and insurance

I’m thinking of buying a car from Cinch. The wording used is ‘This car has 10 extra features, added when it was new.’

And then lists things like metallic paintwork and leather upholstery.

Are these car modifications or just ‘upgrades’ to a standard car at factory stage?

Wondering whether it will affect insurance.

Manufacturer optional extras are just upgrades.

Modifications are changes afterwards that differ from manufacturer specifications

They're manufacturer's upgrades.
