Decree nisi and pension question

I'm asking this in Legal, as I think it's probably one for the legal bods and I can't find anything relevant on Google...

Husband and I separated 9 years ago. We got a decree nisi but we never got the decree absolute. I was the petitioner and chose not to (had good reasons for this).

What I am now wondering is whether I am entitled to his state pension in the event of his death? He will soon be receiving it as he's 10 years older than me and while he shows no signs of dying, I just wonder what the position would be. I am also wondering whether I would receive a widow's pension as we are still legally married? I have got a lot of missing years in my own state pension forecast, unfortunately (due to having been a SAHM for a very long time).
