I'm in the process of trying to hand over all ex's book stuff to him (set up on my amazon account - he self published a few years ago, or more accurately, he wrote the book and I did almost everything else) currently he's still saying he doesn't have the headspace due to various things that have happened since we split 2 years ago. I'm not going into the ins and outs but it feels like yet another excuse.

He's also decided since I started seeing someone that he doesn't trust me anymore (it wasn't an amicable split) so...

With that in mind today I told him I want to hand the final bits that haven't already been sorted back to him. He's sayiing he doesn't have the headspace... Fine. But I want to protect myself legally and more importantly, have a date when he will take everything over and I no longer have to deal with it because it's his responsibility, not mine and I've already done it for almost 2 years longer than I needed to.

Help!

Can you not just close the account? Take your payment cards off it. Then get a new card and set up a new account.
