Hi

Me and my DB went through a very rough patch in January he applied for a prohibited steps order to prevent me from leaving with the children ( which I already stated I wouldn't do) he put down in the application that I was controlling and abusive ( which I am not and SS actually think he was the one who was the controlling one) we are still together and are working on our family and relationship with counselling ect, he has since tried to withdraw the application to court but because there is domestic involved the cafcass said there were concerns that were raised and so we still need to attent court.

Shouldn't be worried the children will be removed from my care becaus of his accusations? I've never been to court and we both said we want to go in there and tell them were working hard at fixing things and have the same agreement.

Do you really want to work it out with this man? Have you considered that he might only want to 'work it out' as his abuse has been brought to the attention of court.
There is nothing they can remove the children from you for right now. The only thing that might happen is that they say if you both want to stay together then you both seek support, him for violence, parenting courses, freedom programme etc. To stop the kids being exposed to anything.
He sounds very controlling. Please make sure you are safe with this man xxx
