Babbel Language issue (related to trial)

I subscribed to the free trial on Babbel. Cancelled the day before the trial ended. I've been charged over £70 as they say it takes a few days to process the cancellation thus taking me into a contract out with the free trial.
Anyone know if there's anything I can do about this?

What do the terms and conditions say?

If you signed up for virtual classroom services, you have to give 7 days' notice of cancellation. If you signed up for something else, you have to give 48 hours' notice. If you didn't give the required notice, it is unlikely you will be able to do anything about it I'm afraid.
