Has anyone done one of these? What was your experience? Does anyone know anything about it? I have to attend one soon and am feeling anxious.

Pretty bad. It was sold to me as a means of progressing contact while working with the parents to examine and resolve the issues. The facility only provided supervised contact and wrote up a report. Nothing else. I complained about this and Cafcass then filled in the gap with a couple of lengthy sessions on resolving the differences.
