Hi, I'm in process of applying online for my divorce, I've applied for fee waver too.
I'm having trouble understanding the gov.uk guidance and help would be appreciated
It asks if there are any other court cases related to the marriage - do I say yes as he's applied for joint custody of my child (not biologically his) and that is ongoing but it looks as though it's just around the marriage breakdown and don't know whether to say yes or no.
