new fire door regulations communal block

I own a flat in a communal block and we have just had our doors inspected according to new fire regulations, Jan 2023. The door I am told needs replacing as it is not FD30, is ill fitting and doesn't have a swing close. The door (and several others in the block) was fitted in 2014 following a break in to multiple flats. this was all authorised and arranged by the managing agent via the buildings insurance. Should they as responsible person for fire safety have ensured fire/insurance regs were met at this time?(fire safety order 2005) -we have changed managing agent since and we are all wondering if it is worth contacting them again?

Notwithstanding the influence of the fire safety regulations, if the original entry door was FD30 to comply with building regulations, a replacement door should have been of no lesser standard.
