If I'm claiming compensation for mental health and stress along with other things
Ongoing since last year
How much would a reasonable amount be
To claim
I worked 18.5 hours £9.50 ph

Claiming for
No payslips
No notice period
No holiday pay
And compensation

Please help

There is no ability to claim for mental health or stress in this sort of matter.

Neither will there be compensation in the event that it's a pure contractual claim for notice and holiday pay. If you win you will simply get your net payment.

There is a time limit for claiming and so depending on when this happened you may well be out of time.
