Hoping someone can help.
My old employer of 3 years, seldom gave a wage slip, pay was always the same.
However i now believe the pay was incorrect ( 26kpa, take home 1640)
No pension contributions etc.

I have asked them for wage slips they've said they don't have anymore. I left 6 months ago. I was under the impression all paperwork needs to be kept for 7 years by a company. Would this include wage slips.?

If I were you, I would get this redirected to the "Work" section. Report your thread to MNHQ and ask them to do this. You will get a much better response from people who deal with these issues.

Legally, yes you are supposed to be given a payslip. Your net salary does not seem correct. EVERY employer has to make/take pension contributions unless you have chosen to opt out. There is a lot wrong with your situation so do please get it changed to "Work". I am sure you will receive good advice there.

Register for the HMRC online portal and you should see what they have submitted to HMRC

Did they give you your P60 over those three years?

FavouriteSlippers · 21/02/2023 00:39

Will ask for it to be moved.
No p60s or p45
