Daughter is five. He left when daughter was a few months old. We have a 60/40 split. He’s now announced he wants 50/50 custody.
This isn’t something our daughter would say she wants however shes too young to make that decision of course. She gets grumpy about going to dads but this will hopefully change as she gets older.
I don’t want this. We are really settled and happy now and he’s finally not affecting me anymore.
If it went to court what are his chances? I am hoping We wouldn’t mediate as this was a domestic abuse situation and I was exempt from mediation during the divorce because of this.
it’s so upsetting to think he wants to open up all the legal drama again.
